What is a Soul Alignment Journey?
Each Soul Alignment Journey is a 75-minute immersive experience created around a unique seasonal or energetic theme.
Crystal singing bowls, gong, monochord, chimes, drum, Reiki, meditation, and periods of intentional silence are woven together to create a soundscape that unfolds differently each time.
There is nothing you need to do and no experience is necessary. Settle into your space, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive.
What to expect
Create Your Nest
Soul Alignment Journey is experienced resting on the floor. Please plan to bring a camping pad, thick exercise mat, or other comfortable floor padding. Aspen Grove provides yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets, but a yoga mat alone may not provide enough cushioning to comfortably rest on the hardwood floor for 75 minutes. You are also welcome to bring your favorite pillows and extra blankets to create your own cozy nest.

Instruments are selected intuitively and intentionally for each journey, allowing every Soul Alignment Journey to unfold a little differently.
Private Soul Alignment Journey
Private journeys can be created for communities, retreats, workplaces and special gatherings, run 60–90 minutes, start at $500, and may have travel fees beyond 50 miles from Missoula.
